What is the value of a human life? Twenty years ago, a friend of mine gave birth to a little boy at 22 weeks gestation. After Matthew was born, the doctor told my friend that he would only live a few hours. She took her infant in her arms and cherished these precious hours loving him and making memories with him. She did not want to forget anything about him but wanted to capture the beauty of his life forever in her memory.
